GREAT EPISODE!! Affordable lighting is something that is hard to come by, and your information will really help me out. Please continue with the podcasts! Future topics that would be useful could be advanced lighting tips on how to achieve the supersoft “glamour shot” style portraits, or things like how to know if you have enough ambient light/correct color balance in digital photography. Keep up the great podcasts!!!

Jerry, I’m so glad your back! This episode (as another viewer also commented) was one that I really wanted to know about. So, Thank you :-). Please keep up the great work as your’s and Izzy’s podcasts are both informative and inspiring.

As far as suggestions for future episodes…….travel photography tips, shooting people outside at night (with a camera I mean), low light situations (ie: at a party), flash vs no flash, tripod vs no tripod….

Thanks again for such great tutorials, I’m looking forward to the next one.

Thank you for an excellent podcast, I’m very interested in lighting on a budget. I know you are over the pond with myself being in the UK, but it helps to know that there is a cheaper way for studio lights.

I’d like to thank you for letting us studio lighting neophytes know to use only one colour bulb in the lights. It seems obvious now but I never thought of it.

Looking forward to more pod casts!

I really enjoyed watching Professional Lighting for $100. Now I’m downloading the first two episodes and I’m looking forward seeing them.

I’d like to see more episodes on light and lighting equipment, how to use it more efficiently and more studio examples of the given subjects shot (like Don Quixote).

I’m also looking for new episodes. I’m a hobby photographer myself (you can see the site), but I really have no experience with light in studio photography.

Just keep up the good work!

Great episode. I’m just getting into photography and thought this podcast had great info about lighting without breaking the bank. Only one problem though, there isn’t a photography store in my are and on http://www.bhphoto.com I can’t seem to find the stuff you showed in the video. Any help?
